Saar is an Ex Second-Lieutenant in the Israeli Air Force, and a Krav Maga expert. Throughout his life, he has been doing martial arts: from judo and karate as a kid, to regularly practicing Krav Maga, boxing, muay thai, kick-boxing and other various full contact martial arts these days. Saar says, “After my first Krav Maga session in the army, I knew this is completely different than anything I’ve done before: it was easy to learn, yet amazingly aggressive. Simple solutions, to complicated situations. It was real, it was quick, it was efficient, it was deadly, and it was everything I felt a self defence system should be. Through my years of training and teaching Krav Maga, I developed a unique approach to self defence that binds together my years of experience of being an officer in the Israeli army, my experience working in security and VIP protection as a civilian, my training in full contact sports like boxing and kick boxing and, of course, my over 11 years of training, teaching and immersion in Krav Maga. My focus today is sharing that accumulated knowledge with the right people, with people who look to defend themselves and protect the people around them – I have a goal: as Imi, the founder of Krav Maga said, I want to create a world where “one can walk in peace”.”
