Sempai Charlie Worthington, a 2nd Dan Black Belt with the Teshinkai Karate organization, is a dedicated martial artist who has spent over a decade cultivating her skills and knowledge. Beginning her Karate journey at the age of 7, Charlie has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the art. Her years of hard work, discipline, and passion have seen her grow from a junior student into a highly respected member of the Teshinkai coaching team.

 As a Sempai, Charlie’s role is to mentor, and support younger students as they pursue their own martial arts goals.
