Introduction
Professor Clint Harris is an accomplished martial artist, holding a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His martial arts journey began at the age of 7 in Taekwondo, under the guidance of his father in the peaceful town of Maryborough. It was there that Clint discovered the value of martial arts training, which eventually led him to choose it as his career path.
Driven by a constant desire to enhance his skills, Clint sought out various disciplines in his local area. He delved into Freestyle Karate, which exposed him to Muay Thai, Kali, and foundational grappling techniques. However, it was when he relocated to Melbourne that his journey truly expanded. In Melbourne, Clint crossed paths with his coach and friend, Professor Jeremy Takody, who introduced him to the realms of MMA, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Through this connection, Clint also had the privilege of meeting Professor Richard Norton, forging an affiliation with Team Norton that endures to this day.
Currently serving as the senior Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach under the esteemed Team Norton banner, Professor Clint Harris exemplifies professionalism in all aspects of his work. Witnessing his students progress and flourish in the art brings him immense joy and pride. As a mentor and friend to hundreds of students he has trained, Professor Clint remains deeply committed to their development and safety, ensuring their well-being is always a top priority.
